GETTING A MARINE SHIP

OVERVIEW
for now, a marine will have to be a level 2 lieutenant in order to get their own ship and crew. the crew will be made up of 10 marines including the lieutenant. the crew should be lower in rank/level than the lieutenant. the crew will have the responsibility of patrolling the seas, capturing pirates and enforcing the law. the crew will start out with 1 basic ship and get a 30% discount on ship upgrades for being apart of the world governments military. since there are currently no lieutenants, two fleets have been made with an npc leader. once you become a lieutenant, you can either take over the fleet or make your own.

REQUIREMENTS
- your character needs to be a level 2 lieutenant in order to control a ship.
- you will have to be willing to create events and missions for your crew
- each marine who is assigned to the crew will need to be ICly initiated into it.
- you will need to make a thread for the crew, in your crew's subboard, to document all the details of the crew including: crew description, crew members, ship description and upgrades.

what are the colors of your marine ship? your crew will be made into a custom group, so you'll be getting a color for your user group. however, it must be a nice colour that isn't blindingly horrible. you can ask the staff to choose the colour for you.
