probably one of the most important sections of the site, the rules and information board is like the 'foundations' of the entire place. please make sure you read everything in here - although all the one piece information isn't necessary if you're already familiar. once you start participating on the site it will be assumed that you've read through the rules and whatnot, so there's not excuses.

under the control of the world government, marines are the navy men and law-enforcers of the sea. fleets are organized by numbers, and inside you can find out who belongs to what fleet and what their rank is, as well as sign up to join one of the numerous fleets yourself.

| CIVILIAN ORGANIZATIONS
the most popular type of civilian organization is bounty hunting groups. you can create your own bounty hunter team or join an existing one. you can also try and create other types of non-pirate and non-marine groups if a creative idea hits you. additionally, royalty groups can be found inside.

anyone can receive bounty based on illegal actions performed. most pirates use their bounty amount as bragging rights. the higher the bounty on someone's head, the more dangerous and famously known they become. with more bounty, more wanted posters are put up.

if you'd like to buy some weapons or ship upgrades (among many other things) for your character or crew then look to this board. inside you'll find information on what things you can buy and how much it's going to cost you. you can buy these items using beri, which is earned through roleplaying on the site, completing missions and participating in events.

the kingdom of lyneel is the largest town in north blue. it is very rich and noble. there are many hills and greenery surrounding and running through the kingdom, creating a very beautiful landscape. many houses and buildings are located within that are quite reminiscent of european architecture.

this is where the fancy people live and brew wine. there is a bit of farm land, but mostly the town is comprised of expensive wineries, restaurants, and shops. you'll find many nobles and high-class citizens here.

also known as the land of fire, kilauea is a heavily industrialized island that focuses on smithing. the temperature is unusually hot due to the amount of heat that comes naturally as well as from the workshops. while it is often thought to be grimy and dirty, one cannot deny they produce some of the finest weapons.

whether its marines or pirates, the citizens of partia don't really care. the town loves rowdy occurrences and much of their economy runs on gambling. it's also the reason for the booming amount of pirates in north blue.

ohara is a very small but gorgeous island in west blue. its most attractive feature is a five thousand-year-old library tree situated in the middle of the island. there are a few houses surrounding the tree, but the island itself isn't large enough to sustain a large city or other attractions.

the illusia kingdom is quite famous for various reasons. its rich lands and prominent medievalesque class system is what makes the kingdom so vibrant. much like any other noble-oriented city, it is well-protected by marine harbors.

contrary to its brother island, illusia, this island is crime-filled and shady. syndicates, drug empires, slave tradings, and other various organized crimes all seem to originate or pass through toroa at one point or another. however, in the day time, it is a shining attraction for passers by, breathing an air of pseudo-quaintness.

swordsmanship, martial arts, and general melee-based fighting is essential to all kinds of people—pirates, marines, bounty hunters, and even normal civilians. one of the best dojos around is located here, as well as terrain that allows for great training and excercise.

a large and monumental war took place not too long ago in centaurea, and now it is a place of rebirth. its harsh winters and snow storms often turn travelers away, but for the people already living there, they are steadily building their home back to a place they can take pride in. the fallen soldiers remain in the residents' prayers.

also known as dawn island, goa kingdom is a pretty quaint place. the island is mostly rural farmland with a low mountain along the side. the villagers are pretty average, and life can be pretty bland. but every now and then, someone has to disturb the peace and cause a ruckus in the large and beautiful kingdom.

the rocky and uneven terrain initially makes this island seem hazardous. however, upon docking, one would find a nice and well-governed town of people. houses are situated on ledges and cliffs which spiral upward toward the marine headquarters. they're also said to serve the best beer in east blue.

this is quite the peculiar island in that it is rare to see any humans living here. the island is inhabited by many exotic and strange animals, ranging from cocox, snake-rabbit hybrids, hippo-gorilla hybdrids, and more. the island is mostly covered by jungle.

most of the island is covered by the city. while it is a pretty normal place to live, it is a geographically coveted place to be. many pirate ships stop by here to stock up on supplies before heading to the red line. their market place has some of the best food, weaponry, and other necessities.

tequila wolf is considered a country, although it is merely comprised of a bridge that has been under construction for centuries. there are many work camps and houses along the bridge, as it is quite enormous in landmass. its architectural structure and history is complimented by many traveling seamen.
