It was one of the best places to eat on the open sea. Of course, it was only accessible to the wealthy...or to those who knew how to steal well and not get caught by those stupid marines or bounty hunters. hitsuji grinned to himself as he walked up to the restaurant, eying the security around the place. Maybe one or two marines were out and about, but other than that there wasn't really anyone he needed to fear on this little burglary. All he wanted was some fresh grilled chicken...Mm, his mouth was watering as he thought about it. Right. So this wouldn't be hard at all. He'd stolen from this place plenty of times, and he'd yet to be caught...Maybe one day he'd get what was coming to him, but not today! The young man was clad in a nice white button up shirt and black skinny jeans, his white hair sticking out in a carefree messy style. He seemed to fit the part of w rich youth...He just needed to get in without anyone noticing him and maybe he could grab some beer along with that chicken...[/style] ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ WEEP LITTLE LION MAN YOU'RE NOT AS BRAVE AS YOU WERE AT THE START ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪MADE BY LOVE SOLFEGE OF OTE !

Ah~
Standing on her tip toes, Anna swerved her head left and right as she tried to get a good view of the cooks doing their work in the kitchen. The stupid walls were getting in her way and obscuring her view! Pouting, she almost felt like barging in herself just to see how they worked their magic. The smell of grilled chicken... the mouth-watering scent floated up her nose and registered in her brain as pure euphoria. Her fingers were twitching as she caught broken fragments of glimpses in anticipation. The hot air of the steam gently grazed her skin, mixing with the cool breeze from outside that allowed ventilation from the open door of the restaurant.
Hair tied back messily, Anna's eyes sparkled brightly. Her outfit for the day was almost painfully casual; over a pair of plain denim shorts, strings tugged and fabric torn in some points, she wore a long, baggy light-gray shirt. On her feet were regular brown sandals, giving her the appearance of any other average girl that enjoyed roaming outside and somewhat lacked lady-like traits. The corners of her lips were lifted into a smile that stretched from one side of her face to another into a goofy grin, and her cheeks were rosy from the excitement. One would declare that she appeared way too happy from a single order of grilled cheese, but to her, this was more than just food. It was a way of life. Perhaps nothing could make this day go wrong.

Usually Hitsuji didn't mind crawling through tight spaces or windows to get what he wanted...But this windows was right next to a table filled with people and they would obviously see him coming in when he landed on their table full of food. No, he needed to blend in and walk in without being noticed...But he couldn't walk in alone! That would make him seem suspicious, especially with the katana attached to his belt. No no...something needed to happen... Hitsuji's golden eyes scanned the area around him, only to catch the sight of a young woman looking in one of the windows of the place. She seemed to be dazzled by the smells coming from the kitchens...Was she some sort of street urchin or something? She had that look in her eye...the look to steal and never look back, or feel guilt for what she'd done. She would be the perfect decoy to use! Smirking brightly, the white haired male walked over to her with his hands in his pockets. And without any warning, he grabbed her arm in his and quickly dragged her over to the man standing at the door, taking reservations. Catching one of the names on the list, Hitsuji cleared his throat and faked an odd accent. "I'm here for my date with my wife. Mr. and Mrs. Blake." He said, and dragged the girl inside without even waiting to be seated. Once they were at a table, Hitsuji looked at his new "wife" and grinned. "I saw you looking at the grilled chicken. You want some, do what I say and we'll get out of here scott free."[/style] ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ WEEP LITTLE LION MAN YOU'RE NOT AS BRAVE AS YOU WERE AT THE START ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪MADE BY LOVE SOLFEGE OF OTE !

Mesmerized by the serene atmosphere she was surrounded with, Anna was completely caught off guard when her arm was suddenly grabbed by a stranger. She looked up to see that it was a white-haired and fairly thin male, who, without missing a beat, checked out a reservation. Although she was generally alert at all times and a quick respondent to these types of scenarios, it seemed that she had been so lost in her own little reverie that all she could do during the process was allow herself to be dragged around. When he claimed a table for his own, even without the consent of the waiters, she was propped down onto a chair as she tried to register what exactly was going on.
Here was a strange person, and supposedly she was his wife. Anna stared at him blankly at his request, his intentions obviously being to steal from the place. It was nice how he appreciated how delicious the grilled chicken appeared, but really? A small frown formed upon her face as her eye twitched nervously. "I already bought mine!" she stated boldly, hoping he would just go away soon. How rude, he was, for wanting to get away without any consequences! Not that... not that she hadn't stolen before, considering her occupation, but she tried to avoid doing it herself when possible. "Look, if you want some food, Mr. Blake, then I can spare some extra coins here."
Anna's eyebrows were furrowed in concern, wondering if she was responding to this situation all too naturally. It's not like she could just call him out publicly, either; the authorities wouldn't be so happy to see her as well. With a sigh, she let her expression relax as she leaned back into the chair, one arm slung over the edge. Raising an eyebrow, she inspected his appearance. "Join me for a nice little lunch, why don'tchya?"

That smell mixed with other foods being cooked in the restaurant was absolutely...to die for! The male's eyes closed as he leaned back in his chair to take it all in. He could always shun his pirate life and become a chef here...But he didn't know how to cook. Oh well, maybe one day he'd learn how to. Sighing, he looked back up to the girl he'd stolen away as she barked at him about stealing. "I saw the way you were eying that kitchen. You steal on occasion. I can see it in your eyes; they're the windows to the soul ya know." he said in a witty tone, winking at the girl before chuckling. "You know how good the food is here..." He stopped as a waiter came to take their orders. "We'll both have the grilled chicken parmesan please. A sweet tea for the both of us, as well." All the while he covered his face with the menu, as to not be noticed. When the waiter left, Hitsuji's eyes peered over the menu, glittering with mischief. The girl wasn't much younger than himself, and she had that air about her...an air of mystery and he was instantly curious about her. "This lunch is on me. My...treat~" [/style] ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ WEEP LITTLE LION MAN YOU'RE NOT AS BRAVE AS YOU WERE AT THE START ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪MADE BY LOVE SOLFEGE OF OTE !

Wincing, Anna crossed her arms and sighed once more. "I was actually just watching how they were cooking the chicken," she said defensively, as this was the honest truth. However, it was unlikely that the guy would believe her. He was already coming off as a stubborn guy, though she couldn't quite bring herself to feel dislike for him. This was one of the reasons she didn't like about herself; it was pretty difficult to get on her bad side. Even his extra cocky little wink couldn't push her. He even ordered for the both of them, saying that it was his treat. It was funny, she remembered telling him that she had already bought chicken, although it was to go. She assumed it just went in one ear and out the other. How pompous.
"Look, kiddo, I don't know who you are, and I don't wanna cause any trouble. Not to mention I already ordered chicken..." she trailed off with a raised eyebrow, confused as to what the stranger was up to. And why was she involved in all this? Anna couldn't recall ever seeing this person before, and she couldn't fathom why he would pull her out of all those other people. Or maybe he was just... well, bored. In any case, she hadn't expected something like this to happen and was quite unsure of what action to take next. "Um..." she began, wondering how to start this. "I appreciate the offer, though, so i'll take up on the chicken." Curses, why did she have to try and get to know everyone? Anna had the sudden urge to slap herself in the face.
She may be comfortable with getting to meet strangers, but usually she wasn't approached in this type of manner. If he wanted to get to know her, he could of just said so! Anna chuckled, a small smile returning to her face. "Well... my name's Anna." She didn't feel like it would be right to offer her hand, so she just rested them between her knees.

Hitsuji laughed when she uttered the phrase. He was probably a year older or so at least, and she was calling him the kid? His golden eyes locked onto hers for a moment, as if trying to figure her out. Sure she'd already bought some chicken, but he had dragged her in here. the least he could do was get her a free meal. But of course he wouldn't tell her that. It would be too cutesy. No, he'd just do her the good deer and leave as he always did. "Anna. Nice name. Mine's on a need to know basis. Just call me...Mr. Blake." he replied, throwing a small smirk onto his lips in response. His eyes left hers and darted toward a pair of waiters who were eying the two of them suspiciously. Well shit. He'd been discovered. Wonderful how things worked like that, didn't they? A small sigh escaped his lips and he turned back to Anna to speak. But before he could open his mouth, their waiter returned with their drinks and dishes. Great timing! All they needed to do was to get out without making too much of a scene... "Anna, please don't hesitate..." And before he could even remotely tell the girl what he was planning to do that might cause her to hesitate, Hitsuji stood up and stacked the two plates together. Then he grabbed her up and threw her over his shoulder and started running for the open window he'd seen earlier. "Gotta run!" He yelled, avoiding random wait staff as they tried to get in his way. Once he got to the window he hoisted Anna up and out, knowing the drop wouldn't do more than stun the poor girl. Then he hopped out behind her and shut the window, only to pick her up once again and run while balancing the plates with his free hand. Damn, he was quick.[/style] ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ WEEP LITTLE LION MAN YOU'RE NOT AS BRAVE AS YOU WERE AT THE START ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪MADE BY LOVE SOLFEGE OF OTE !

"Mr. Blake it is," she replied, trying out a small smile. Anna still couldn't quite understand what he wanted with her, or why he was treating her; he didn't accomplish his goal of stealing, since she didn't go along with his plan. So why exactly was he still here? He was already in, he could have always continued on without her. The only purpose she served, as far as she knew, was to provide him with a non-suspicious way of getting inside. Although... with the way he executed that so brashly and abruptly, she couldn't help but feel he could have done a better job. Nonetheless, she wouldn't reject such an offer.
However, it was then that she was proven wrong. When the waiter came back with the dishes, her companion quickly stacked them, slinging her over his shoulder and running out. During the commotion, the natural thing to do was resist, but she knew it would be no use. As a male, he was stronger than herself and would be able to hold onto her firmly. Anna had a small knife that she always had around her for close combat, but she didn't want to start any dangerous fights. When she was dropped on the ground, she still had no chance of escaping. Her body was temporarily stunned even a few moments after when she was picked up again. As 'Mr.Blake' treated her like a rag doll, she could do nothing but feel dizzier and dizzier as the duo escaped from the scene.
When they were a good distance away from their original position, Anna tried to find the right words to say. She had no idea how dangerous this person was, and she could accidentally say something provoking. After all, her safety was pretty much like a piece of paper while he held the scissors. This almost made her regret look through the window into the kitchen so passionately. "Can you... can you let me go?" she asked, deciding it was the most simple request she could make at the moment without adding any aggressive tone to it.

He hadn't meant to scare her or anything; he just wanted to have a good time. And stealing was always fun when other people were involved. What was the word he was looking for...friends? Yeah. Although he was a filthy pirate, Hitsuji was a guy who liked having friends. Most people thought pirates were mean and evil, but Hitsuji wasn't. He was a happy-go-lucky guy who loved to meet people wherever he went. Although when he first met people he probably seemed like a jerk... When he was tired of running he began to walk. After a few minutes of walking he made it to the docks and there he heard Anna's request. Smiling, the white haired male sat her down on her feet and shoved one of the plates of chicken into her hands before smiling at her. "Well, that was fun Anna! Call me Hitsuji. See you around!" And with that the turned around and shoved his hands in his pockets, moving to walk down the docks. He didn't want to leave on such short notice, but his feelings were conflicting. Although he was the type to want friends, he always put up this front that made him look like a bad or mysterious dude. Oh well. He was young; still trying to figure himself out. Maybe once he joined a pirate crew he'd understand himself better...[/style] ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ WEEP LITTLE LION MAN YOU'RE NOT AS BRAVE AS YOU WERE AT THE START ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪ ▫ ▪MADE BY LOVE SOLFEGE OF OTE !
