TERRITORIES to all classes, territories are an important asset to the development of one's base and connections. the one and only major trade off is that one needs the proper power to gain said territory in the first place. that being said, not only do you need to take over the whole area - but you also need to have the ability to keep it as yours and fend it off against those who challenge your rule.KINGDOMS however, the above only applies to smaller islands. major kingdoms are not only well developed with their own army, but also have the backing of the world government. to attempt to take over a kingdom would not only mean a rebellious attempt against royalty, but also the government itself. don't hold your breath hoping that highly ranked officers won't be coming to stop you from wrecking havoc.CURRENT LIST OF KINGDOMS - lyneel kingdom [ north blue ] - illusia kingdom [ west blue ] - torino kingdom [ south blue ] - goa kingdom [ east blue ] REQUIREMENTS in order to start a takeover, establish a marine branch office, or start a guild - one must be a level three of their class. this will provide significant proof that the one owning the territory has the power necessary to protect one's own land and made proper decisions for it as well.
of course, while anyone can be rowdy in your land - as a equivalent, those attempt to seize power over someone else's territory must also be at level three. this means that in a thread where the territory was part of the reward, the level two which defeated level three in battle would not have gained the territory, but instead it made it a free for all land once again.
