Loguetown. A city that covered nearly an entire island. One of the most common stop points for those wanting to go to the grand line. Pirates, marines and bounty hunters. Nearly all of them came through here at some point to travel to the grand line. However, that was not why she was here. In truth she had no real reason to be here specifically. She had wanted to get out of North Blue and there had only been a ship going east and a ship going west. Of the two the East Blue had the most appeal to her. It had Baratie and it had Loguetown. The best restaurant in the four blues, or so it was said, and one of the best markets. Yes it was truly an ideal Blue for a chef like her. She had hoped to be dropped off at Baratie, but she had been on a civilian freight ship so she had no control over where it docked. That was why she was here.
"Loguetown market." she said rolling the feel of the words in her mouth. She sniffed the air. Her sense of smell was top notch as was her taste. There was definitely a smell of some delicious ingredients in the air. Yes, she would be very happy here. Plus as pirates came through here all the time what better place to find a crew except Partia. However, she had just come from there after causing a bit of mayhem. "I wonder if i'll find any good recipes here." She only had a few recipes that she was able to say were truly delicious. Others were good, but the rest needed some more work before they would be added to her recipe book. Until then they would stay in her notebook. She walked down through the market looking left and right at various stalls. Her speciality was fish, in particular sushi, dishes. It would require some experimentation to develop her skills in other areas. After a while she stopped at a fish stall and placed her bag on the floor. It had a variety of ingredients. Many of which she hadn't had a chance to cook with before. "Hmmm.

Hot damn. Ra was famished. After eating nothing but apple after apple after apple on that boat ride from the west blue, Ra-To-Men was ready for something else. Something that would tickle his senses and ensnare his stomach. No, Ra-To-Men didn't want to sit down to eat, only to find that what it was he was indulging in happened to be sub-par. He had plenty of beri to spend after pilfering a large sum from a woman in a market a few days ago before setting sail. Luckily, Ra had been able to get the blood stains out of his clothing. Walking around with tarnished clothes just gave him a shady and tarnished appearance.
Loguetown, here he came, and he was definitely surprised upon arriving. It was every bit as big and bad as he thought it would be. Most of all, it had plenty of nice restaurants. The people here were also nothing like Thriller Bark. Ra-To-Men couldn't remember the last time he laid his eyes on a damsel that caught his eye. It seemed that the would-be pirate was hungry for two things and two things in particular-- food, and boobs. The man decided that as of now, he was determined to find 'em.
Stepping through the market settled in Loguetown, he kept his eyes peeled for something that was both valuable to some extent, and also easy to pilfer. Unfortunately, Ra's kleptomania was only exclusive to things that looked shiny. Plenty of expensive items were shiny as well but the two adjectives weren't mutually exclusive. Many times he walked off with something that was merely painted gold. At least it still had that shine.
That's when he saw her. Full round breasts tucked plumply in a tank-top he couldn't keep his eyes off of, short bob cut blond hair, and... very very nice hands. Those were to be expected of a cook, but Ra-To-Men wasn't thinking of that at the moment. It was almost as if he had just been hit by a truck, which could've happened considering people were forced to walk around his body in the middle of the walking space, stuck in a stupor. She was a woman.
With a few clears of Ra-To-Men's throat, not even thinking all that much, he took it upon himself to approach her. "I wonder if i'll find any good recipes here." Ra heard her mumbling to herself. Perchance that was a good thing to do considering he needed something to say when he reached her other than some bullshit pick-up line, right? She was currently walking about until she paused at a fish stand. Arriving to flank her right side, Ra leaned up against the stall slightly and glanced down at her. Standing at a good 6'4'", he towered over most women, lest they be giantesses.
"They do happen to have some quality fish here, huh?" he asked carefully, beginning the interaction between them.
WORDS 0501 MUSE none NOTES LOL. sorry, ra's a horndog. he loves da wimminz. xD

She had been staring at the ingredients for some time, sniffing the air occasionally, her eyes darting from side to side. She was a strong believer in the 'voice' of ingredients. Ingredients wanted to be cooked and they spoke to those they wanted to cook them. She was just about to speak to the owner of the stall when she was interrupted by quite a tall person. She herself was 5ft9 so he didn't dwarf her too much, like he would some women, but the height difference was still pretty big.
"That they do and as I always say good ingredients are more important than treasure." she replied only really looking at him for a moment before quickly speaking to the owner and buying several fish that had appealed to her. They were wrapped carefully and marked before being put into her bag. "You interested in food at all or do you just wolf it down and not care about flavor? She asked Ra as she walked over to another stall. This one sold fruit vegetables. She needed the right ones to go with each of her fish. Unlike fish though most fruits and vegetables would last a while if stored correctly. She had several types of fish, including some rarer ones. Now all she needed was the right fruits and vegetables. She began to lift up and place down random ingredients, sometimes inhaling the scent. After a bit of this she walked away with some carefully bagged vegetables. She already had herbs and spices in her bag so it should be fine. Now all she needed was somewhere to cook it.
"Hey big guy. Know anywhere I can cook up some of this fish?" she asked him. If he didn't she was considering walking to the beach and maybe gathering some wood and cooking it there. Whilst waiting for an answer she got some eggs too. She had an idea sparking in her head for a good combination. Once she had a few more fish recipes she was happy with she would try to progress to other dishes.
